Bonne Terre Municipal Court

The Bonne Terre Municipal Court is a division of the 24th Judicial Circuit Court of the State of Missouri. The Court has jurisdiction over cases involving alleged violations of the ordinances of the City of Bonne Terre.

The Municipal Judge serves as a Municipal Judge of the 24th Judicial Circuit Court and is appointed by the Bonne Terre Board of Aldermen for a two-year term.

Court Schedule

Municipal Court is typically held on the first Wednesday of each month and begins promptly at 9:00 a.m.

Court is held at Bonne Terre City Hall, and all visitors should use the front entrance.

Payment Drop Box

A secure Municipal Court payment drop box is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at the front of City Hall.

When making a payment, please ensure that your name and citation number are clearly written on or included with the payment.

Please Note: Payments for cases involving active warrants will not result in the warrant being recalled until the next business day after the payment has been processed.

5. Type special characters in the verification box
